Orange Tree

Citrus trees can be grown in the ground or in containers.  Citrus trees should be protected from cold damage when temps get below freezing and especially in the 20's for an extended period.

Moro Blood Orange- Fruit is very sweet with a deep red flesh.  Contains a respberry-like orange flavor.  If you have never tried one, you should!

Hamlin Sweet Orange- Lower acid and sweeter than valencia.  Great for juicing.

Louisiana Sweet Orange- Traditional sweet orange.

Washington Navel Orange- Easy to peel, seedless, and sweet.

*Citrus trees can be protected with freeze cloth.  Cover the tree and anchor the cloth to the ground allowing heat to rise from the ground.  *We sell freeze cloth by the foot in store, but not online currently.
